The Artist

My name is Vanessa, and I am based in Gauteng, South Africa.

I have always been very artistic, delving into many mediums with many passions. Over the last few years I have settled on Fabric Painting as this brings me the most joy and I am able to relate and translate the artwork most accurately. I also love that my work is unique and original as each item is hand painted. This means that no two items will ever be the same.

This is a God given talent which I am able to share with everyone. I feel it is very important to share my creativity with others and have ventured into offering workshops and lessons. Thus enabling others with an ability to have an income.

I find that Fabric Painting is a very personal connection and depends a lot on frame of mind, mood and even the weather. The end result is a complete reflection of the emotion involved in each creation.

CraftiNess now also offers a range of sewn products and services, expanding the types of personalized products offered. These items include bedding, cushions, decor, personalized memorabilia and CMT services.
